Earnings, placings and produce records are entered as individual results from official sources and totalled by the site. Nothing is typed as a lump sum. A stat that has no record behind it does not render.

Journal posts carry a byline. The named author has read the post and stands behind it. Some drafts are prepared with AI assistance; where that happens it is disclosed on the post, and the author remains responsible for every word.

Results posts link to the association or event that published them. Pedigrees cite the registry. Where a fact cannot be sourced it is marked as unverified or left out.

Corrections are made in place and noted at the bottom of the post with the date. Posts show both the published and the last-updated date.

Photographs and film of Zona horses are made at the ranch or at events by the ranch's own crew unless credited otherwise. Where an image is generated or altered beyond ordinary editing, it is labelled.
